🍼 Defective or Faulty Items (Warranty)

  • All of our products are covered by a 1-year warranty.

  • If your product is defective or malfunctions during normal use, we will:

    • First, attempt to resolve the issue with repair parts or guidance.

    • If repair is not possible, we will replace the unit free of charge.

    • If replacement is unavailable, we will issue a full refund.


🚚 Return Shipping Costs

  • We want returns to be stress-free. All return shipping costs are covered by us when the return or warranty claim is approved.


💳 Refund Method

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.


❌ Non-Returnable Items

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of used products, unless they are defective and covered under warranty.

  • Any product returned in visibly used or damaged condition (not due to a defect) will not be eligible for a refund.
